Access and use of this website and the e-commerce facility contained within is in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions:
-Thames Valley Sports (TVS) retains the right to permanently or temporarily change or withdraw any part of this Website with or without notice to you..
-We disclaim all representations and warranties regarding the accuracy and age of information contained within this Website, although all efforts are made to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.
-We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur through the use of information contained within this Website.
-We retain the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you continue to use this Website, you will be agreeing to any such change. You will be responsible for checking if any changes have been made to the Terms and Condition. If you disagree with any changes, you must cease using this Website immediately.
-We cannot be held responsible for any information, practice or policies of third-party Websites that have links within this Website.
-English law governs these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be solved by English courts.
-These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
-All products are subject to availability.
-Normal delivery times may not be possible to achieve if certain products are unavailable. If this occurs, we will advise you as soon as possible and you will be offered an alternative product to order, you can cancel the order or you can have the products delivered when they become available.
-All prices are stated in British pounds sterling (£) and include 20.0% VAT where applicable. Should the price change between when your order is placed and when it is delivered, the original price will be honoured by us.
-If we have made a mistake with the price or description of the product you have ordered, we will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling the order or confirming it with the new price or description.
-Order acceptance is at the sole discretion of TVS. It is dependent on authorisation of your account or credit card for the transaction.
-All transactions are undertaken via a secure web server.
-Completion of the order contract between TVS and you will occur once the product(s) has been despatched, unless you have received notification that the order has not been accepted by us or it has been cancelled by you prior to its despatch. We are not always able to stop the despatch of goods if an order has been cancelled after the product(s) has already been packaged and despatch arrangements have already been made. Should this occur, you will be responsible for the return of the order. Please also see our returns policy.
-If you do not receive an email confirming your order, please contact TVS by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on 01628-630356.
-Payment must be made before your order is despatched.
-We do not offer credit facilities for online sales.
-Title to the goods will be passed to the customer once full payment for them has been received.
-If the item(s) you ordered is in stock, we will endeavour to despatch your order within 3 working days. This time can vary, however, if an item you have ordered is not in stock and needs to be ordered from the manufacturer, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery time.
-If your order is urgent, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.
-If your order contains multiple products with different availability times, your order will be despatched when the entire order is ready.
-We currently use Royal Mail or a courier service for order despatches, according to order size.
-A carriage charge applies to all deliveries by Royal Mail or by courier.
-In the case of shortages or damages, please notify TVS within 2 working days of the goods being received. Non-delivery notification should be made within 14 working days of the date of invoice.
-If a package is returned to TVS as ‘Unable to deliver’, you will be charged an administration fee of up £25.00. This will be charged prior to re-delivery being attempted. This charge is at TVS’s discretion, who will contact you before re-delivery. We will only attempt to deliver twice before the goods will be returned to TVS.
-All deliveries need to be signed for and will be between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a particular time in this period.
-If you choose to collect in-store we will notify you by e-mail when the product(s) is ready to collect.
We endeavour to provide you with the highest quality of products possible. If, however, you are not satisfied, please return the product in its original condition and packaging within 7 days for a refund. The item must be re-sellable at the original full price. Any postage costs incurred through the return of a product will be borne by TVS if the return is due to the goods being faulty or to an error that has been made by TVS in fulfilling the order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The returned product(s) and the original invoice should be sent with a covering letter outlining why a return is being made. All items should be securely wrapped and sent to:

We suggest, for your own protection, that you send returned items via a recorded delivery service. TVS holds no responsibility for the loss or damage to returned goods during transit. We have the right to retain a portion of the product(s)’s refund value if the condition of it or its packaging is such that the product(s) has to be resold at a reduced price.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of written cancellation notice and receipt of returned items.
Purchasers cannot expect to exchange or receive a refund on goods if it is found that a fault is due to:
-Fair wear and tear e.g. handle breakage (cricket bats), head damage due to synthetic pitch play (hockey sticks), chips or dents (hockey shin guards), sole damage due to “foot drag” (hockey shoes)
-Accidental damage or misuse e.g. sticks collision (hockey sticks), lack of maintenance (hockey sticks and cricket bats), mistimed shots (hockey sticks and cricket bats)
Purchasers cannot expect to exchange or receive a refund on non-faulty goods i.e. if you have decided you no longer require the item. However, if you require a different size or specification, exchanges will be considered on an individual basis.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not exchange undergarments (e.g. sports bras, athletic supports, abdo protectors and baselayers).
We cannot refund or exchange personalised garments (printed or embroidered), unless they have not been made to previously agreed specifications.
We cannot refund or exchange items that have been made to your specification.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our directors, officers agents, employees, and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
-We keep all customers’ records confidential and private.
-No customer information is collected, disclosed or used without the prior approval and knowledge of the customer.
-In submitting your order, you give TVS permission to share your information to third parties that may work with TVS to carry out various functions e.g. technical service provision for our website, promotion assistance or order fulfilment. Only information required to carry out these functions will be disclosed to the third party and they must use it for that function alone.
-Customer information is not transferred or sold to third parties by TVS. Customer information is only disclosed to third parties for the reasons above and no other.
-TVS retains the right to disclose or use customer information as required to satisfy any legal request, regulation, law, order fulfilment, website integrity protection or for cooperation in any investigation being undertaken by law enforcement authorities or for health and safety issues.
-Customer information is collected lawfully and in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
-If you do not want your details to be part of our database, notify us by emailing email@example.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.
-Cookies are not used by TVS for the collection of personal information.
